Please let me know if you prefer June 16th or July14th for your butcher date. Meat will be ready for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the butcher date.
This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison. Spring bison harvests are 2 year old bison heifers that have not been through a breeding cycle. These 1/4s will be slightly smaller than our fall bull harvests.
You can expect ~70-85lbs of packaged meat, depending on your cutting preferences.

If you place your order before they are butchered you can have your 1/4 custom cut to your specifications. If you don't have a cutting preference, we can use our standard cut sheet.
Superior Meats does offer a variety of specialty meat options including hot dogs, thuringer, summer sausage, pepper sticks, jerky, etc. Our price includes standard processing fees of $1.02/lb hanging weight. If you choose to have specialty meat items, you will be responsible for the additional cost to butcher your 1/4.
We can deliver to Missoula area, or you can pick up from the ranch. Discounted shipping is available anywhere in the US, feel free to contact us for a specific shipping quote.
