This is to use buy now, pay later for 1/4 spring bison harvest. The bison will not be harvested until JUNE. The bison meat will be available in July 2026. 

You will not pay a deposit and a balance like usual. This is the total cost of the 1/4 bison.

Processed at Superior Meats in Superior, MT. 

Please let me know if you prefer June 8th or June 22nd for your butcher date. Meat will be ready for pickup approximately 3 weeks after the butcher date. 

This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison. Spring bison harvests are 2 year old bison heifers that have not been through a breeding cycle. These 1/4s will be smaller than our fall bull harvests. 

You can expect ~65-80lbs of packaged meat.

If you'd like to customize your bison, you'll have to order 1/2. Otherwise, 1/4s will be processed using our standard cut sheets.

Delivery available to Missoula area, or you can pick up from the ranch. Shipping available. 

Standard cut sheet details: 

Vacuum sealed, individually packaged. 

Bone in rib steaks, T-bones, sirloin steaks: 1" thick

Tenderloins: 2" thick

Roasts (arm, chuck, sirloin tip, bottom round) 2-3lbs

Flank, Skirt, Brisket in 1/4s

Osso bucco

Soup bones

Ground bison in 1lb packages
