All beef is born and raised on our ranch. Guaranteed to never have been fed grain at any point. Our pastures are not sprayed with any herbicides or insecticides (or anything at all!). We do not administer sub-therapeutic antibiotics.
We use Neogen's genetic testing to select for beef animals with a high propensity to be tender and well marbled, which has a large genetic component. We also select for the type of animal that will finish well on grass. To top it off, we manage these cattle in a way that maximizes their genetic and phenotypic traits to produce the ultimate grass finished beef.
