This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison.
You can expect ~90-100lbs of packaged meat.

To have your bison custom cut, order 1/2 or more. Otherwise, 1/4's will be cut using our standard cut sheet and you can expect the amounts listed below.
If you use our standard cut sheet you can expect at least:
