This is 100% grass fed, grass finished bison.
You can expect ~90-100lbs of packaged meat, depending on your cutting preferences.
Price: $1,300 ** Shipping not included** Expect 3 shipping boxes ~$30/box within a 2-3 day ground radius Missoula, MT.
If you place your order before they are butchered you can have your 1/4 custom cut to your specifications. If you don't have a cutting preference, we can use our standard cut sheet.
If you use our standard cut sheet you can expect at least:
- 7 Bone-in Rib steaks
- 8 T-bone steaks
- 2 Sirloin steaks
- 4 Round steaks
- 2 Tenderloin filets
- 1 Brisket (~2.5lbs)
- 3 Chuck roasts
- 1 Sirloin Tip roast
- 1 Bottom Round roast
- 1 Shoulder roast
- 4 pkg Short Ribs
- 1 Flank steak
- 1 Skirt steak
- 4 pkg Osso Bucco
- 4 pkg Stew Meat
- 35 lbs ground bison

$50 discount per additional 1/4 purchased at the same time.
Superior Meats does offer a variety of specialty meat options including hot dogs, thuringer, summer sausage, pepper sticks, jerky, etc. Our price includes standard processing fees of $1.02/lb hanging weight. If you choose to have specialty meat items, you will be responsible for the additional cost to butcher your 1/4.
We can deliver to Missoula area, or you can pick up from the ranch. Discounted shipping is available anywhere in the US, feel free to contact us for a specific shipping quote.
